Smaller Growth companies would do well to have a "Focal Point" on their Conversion Rates

Small and Medium sized companies will benefit from focusing on their conversion rates - that is how well your sales and marketing efforts move your prospects through your go-to-market funnel to turn those prospects into customers. The better you get at converting one level of the funnel into the next and getting closer to the sale, the faster you get to revenues, and the less you have to spend on sales and marketing, or turning it around, the more you can invest in even more sales and marketing.
